Libertador Hotel Cusco offers its guests a combination of tradition and innovation with products of the region. Some of our creations are:

  • Red, black and white quinoa Quinotto with andean mushrooms, grilled asparagus, snails and crispy serrano ham.
  • Mixed carpaccio, kingfish and trout, fine hierbs, parmesan cheese and andean pesto sauce.
  • Lamb shank, green beans purée and stew sauce.
