Libertador Lake Titicaca / Gastronomy
Our chef is inspired by the creation of new Novo Andean dishes, using local produce such as quinoa, potato flour, trout, mackerel, alpaca, etc., mixed with international cuisine and so patent as the best fusion cuisine in Puno.
Some of our specialties are:
- Grilled mackerel fillet with creamy loche pumpkin rice, confit tomatoes pesto, basil.
- Beef grilled alpaca, quinoa purée with olive oil scents.
- Chop grilled lamb au jus, sautéed native potatoes, ratatouille of vegetables.
