Hello, Myself and a traveling companion are staying at your hotel at the tail end of our Inca Trail hike. Would it be possible for us to store two small rolling bags at your hotel during our Inca Trail trek (9/4-12/4) before our stay? We would appreciate this very much. Thank you! Joel Erickson

I have reservations to stay at your property on May 25. Do you provide shuttle service from the hotel to the Cuzco airport? If so, what does it cost in US dollars? Alternatively, what does a taxi cost to go from the hotel to the Cuzco airport in US Dollars? Thanks for your prompt reply.
Libertador Hotels, Resorts & Spas 29-01-2014
Thank you very much for your preference. A reservations agent will be in touch with you shortly with alternatives.

Do I need a converter for my chargers for my USA phone, tablet, etc.?
Libertador Hotels, Resorts & Spas 13-01-2014
Thank you for your interest. Local power outlets are 220v, but on the bathrooms we provide with both voltage outlets, 220v and 110v. Although, most travel adapters for mobile devices are universal, you can plug them in either outlet.

I travel the world staying at mostly high end hotels with my wife and twin seven year olds. The Palacio Del Inka Hotel offers exactly what I expect from a five star hotel and delivers more then they offer. The Location in Cusco is excellent and incorporates original Inca stone walls! The service and attention to detail are amazing The staff leaves you with the feeling that they actually care about you and your vacation experience. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. All my transportation was arranged by the concierge including transport to ride the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu, I would like to thank Roger, Erika, Oscar and the rest of Arturo's team for their wonderful service and caring attitude, THANK YOU! The Muller family

Do you have a pool? Irons in the room? Why does your country list not have the USA?
Libertador Hotels, Resorts & Spas 18-08-2013
We do not have an outdoor pool. However, in the spa we have a thermal circuit pool like no other in town. Worth the try. We don't provide irons in the room for two reasons: 1. Ironing boards take up a lot of space in the closet. The hotel was made in a historic building. 17th century walls are very thick and space is limited. And 2. Most ironing requirements come from corporate travelers, and most of our guests are leisure passengers. However, we can provide them on request. USA should be on the list. Could you send a screenshot to ? Thank you very much.

The hotel looks fantastic! We are planning on traveling to Cusco in August. If we book a reservation now, will we be able to receive SPG status benefits upon our arrival? Will the reservation be transferred to Starwood's system?
Libertador Hotels, Resorts & Spas 16-05-2013
Dear Scot, actually if you book now, your SPG points may accumulate at check out. Thanks for planning your visit to the Palacio del Inka Hotel. Regards.

We had the pleasure of staying at the CuscoLibertador for 2 nights May 2012, and we loved the location, service, ambiance...everything! We were so pleased to stay in such a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city, and we delighted in the Inca ruins that were incorporated into the structure of the hotel. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to our every need. Thank you for making Peru a memorably elegant experience for us.

Stayed at Libertador Lima on Los Eucaliptos two weeks ago, liked it. Two suggestion on things I would like to see: 1. Electronic safes. At present you have a key safe and as a traveler I do not trust that, as too many people have access to the front desk area in any hotel. Passports are important and need to be locked up. 2. The front desk should have a printed list of restaurants within some distance like 3 km perhaps. At present you get only those that the staff has themselves been to. I was told by a doorman that there were no restaurants within 8 blocks tho Delphines has one and the Country club next door has one. Enjoyed our stay, good staff.
Libertador Hotels, Resorts & Spas 20-08-2012
Thank you very much for the nice words. As a matter of fact, electronic safe cabinets (the ones you can put a laptop inside) are budgeted for the next remodeling. We'll make sure the front desk has all the what-to-do updated information on nearby attractions. Happy travels!
