The Ballestas Restaurant’s cousine is a range of dining experiences that stands out for dishes based on fish and seafood. For lunch we have a proposal of contemporary Peruvian food inspired in traditional gastronomy. Dinner offers, on the other hand, Mediterranean and Asian nuances and, somehow, an author’s cuisine.
