Gastronomy / Hawa Restaurant

Using organic ingredients purchased from neighboring farmers, Hawa delights guests with innovative breakfasts, lunches and dinners served in a traditionally designed yet sleek room. The walls, appointed with contemporary textiles called “talking knots” or “Khipus” historically used for Incan accounting, add depth and texture to the space. High ceilings and columns that masquerade as ancient trees contribute to the restaurant’s allure.
Enjoy exceptional offerings including our signature “Fervour of the Andes”, which includes loin of lamb, quinoa in a champagne soufflé, yellow chili, toasted pecans and lamb sauce smoked in hickory leaves. Wash it down with the Valle Encantado, a mouthwatering drink that includes passion fruit, coconut cream, and aguaymanto liquor.
