In a hot pot, pour the olive oil and fry the duck pieces till a nice brown color, add the chopped onion, garlic and the yellow Chili, deglaze with the malt beer and the orange juice, add water till above the duck pieces and cook at medium heat for 2 to 3 hours, until the meat is soft, reserve on a side.
Blend the cilantro leaves with some olive oil and reserve. Steam the rice and reserve for the further preparation, in a pan sauté the Bell pepper cut in dices, add the green peas and the corn and cook for 3 minutes, add the rice and some of the duck sauce, salt and pepper.
Just before finishing the recipe mix in a bowl some onion and Chili cut in matchsticks, salt and pepper, add the lime juice. In a round mold put 2 spoons of rice, top with the duck meat, top with the onion Chili salad, pour the sauce around and enjoy this very exotic flavor meal.
