Architect by Princeton University and Master of Harvard University (USA). He has been Director of the company since 2005. He has taught as a professor at Harvard University and is a founding partner of Arquitectónica (1977), one of the most outstanding international architecture and urban planning studios with more than 800 architects operating in ten offices located in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He is also Director of Melón (Chile) and Rímac Seguros. -
JAIME ARAOZ MEDANIC

Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Lima and MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management (USA). He currently serves as General Manager of Corporación Breca and Holding Continental. He is Director of the company since 2015. He is also Director of Cementos Melón (Chile), of the Real Estate companies of the Breca, Exsa, Marcobre, Minsur, Qroma, Raura, Rímac and Tasa Group, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Aporta y alternate director of BBVA Banco Continental. He is also director of the Peruvian Institute of Economy.
Since 2003, it is part of Breca. He started as Administration Manager in Administration of Companies S.A., and then as Corporate and Business Strategy Manager. He worked at the holding company of Consorcio Minero S.A. (now Trafigura PLC), Serfin, and Investa (Stock Broker and Investment Banking at that time). Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Lima. He has been Alternate Director of the company since 2015. He currently serves as Legal Corporate Vice President of Corporación Breca, is Director of Rímac and Alternate Director of BBVA Banco Continental, of the real estate companies of Grupo Breca, in addition to Qroma, Exsa, Minsur, Raura and rate. He served as Legal Manager at ARMCO PERU and SIDER PERÚ for 12 years and was Legal Corporate Manager of the El Comercio Group for a period of 9 years.
